Booking policy:
A 50% deposit confirms the booking.
The final amount should be paid no later than 7 days prior departure.
Cancellation policy:
Cancel 30 days or more prior to the charter date = 100% refund of the deposit
Cancel 29 days or less prior to the charter date = No refund of the deposit
Charter time policy:
Please remind the customer to be on time at the taxi or marina as the yacht will return at
the agreed tour time.
